Helping a Local Community Centre to Save Money, Generate their own Energy and Save Carbon …

Our Arundel based Solar PV team have just completed the installation of a 15.6 KWp Solar PV system at Felpham Community Hall and Conference Centre. The Community Centre is located amongst the new Blake’s Mead Estate, on Meaden Way, Felpham, West Sussex and opened in September 2017 providing a really valuable community resource.

Bright Spark Energy won a tender to design and supply the Solar Panels system for the Centre. The tender was evaluated and awarded by the Felpham Parish Council who were keen to maximise savings on rising electricity costs and reduce their impact on the environment.

The installation was completed using JA Solar Panels and Solis Inverter over a two day period. Using their experience from working in Schools and Offices the noise and disruption was kept to a minimum.

Bright Spark Energy also sponsored a Display Screen for the main foyer so all visitors to the centre can see the performance of the Solar PV System.

I was very impressed by the Bright Spark Energy team, they were polite, informative and efficient. Excellent and professional service from start to finish. Would Highly recommend.
— Doug Millen, Hall Manager at Felpham Community Hall.

Since the PV system has been installed in January it has reduced the daytime electricity costs at the Community Hall to practically nothing saving money as well as reducing carbon.
